Hidden Valley Fruit Farm is proud to support the work of local artists, vendors and businesses. Our festivals provide the perfect, affordable opportunity for you to showcase your products or services to the local community.
Since we draw many families with young children, we encourage preschools, dance studios, and after enrichment programs to set up a booth and distribute information about your program to local parents.
Because we like to maintain a family friendly environment, we reserve the right to ask for the removal of any part of a display deemed inappropriate for any reason.
Our farm events run from 11am to 6pm on the scheduled dates. Booth spaces that measure 10' x 10' will be marked, and set up will start at 8am on the Saturday of the event. Vendors must bring their own set up as we do not provide any items such as tables, tents or chairs. The booth fees listed do not include electric service. If you require electricity, it may be available for an additional fee. Limited space is available for food vendors. If you need more than one 10' x 10' booth you may purchase more space at a price break.
No refunds on booth space. Hidden Valley Fruit Farm is not responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from operating this booth during our events, set-up, or tear down.
